Here is a list of my most motivated buyers that are currently looking for houses. These buyers have been pre-approved and are searching for houses as of 9-6-12:
Edgewood, KY - Up to $300,000. Must haves are basement, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom. Preferably brick home with updated Kitchen and baths.
Florence, Union, Hebron, KY - Up to $500,000. Must haves are basement (wet bar preferred) along with walkout. Also must have 4 bedroom and 3 full baths. 3 car side entry garage preferred. Updated kitchen with granite, tile and preferred gas range. Lot must be larger than .3 acre and cul-de-sac lots preferred too.
Independence, KY - Up to $200,000. Wants 2 story with garage and "nice" back yard where they can entertain friends. Basement preferred and does not need to be finished. Buyer is willing to do some work to the house if it needs simple updating but not interested in homes that need high dollar repairs. May buy new construction.
Ft. Mitchell, KY - Up to $350,000. Buyer wants to be in Beechwood School district and likes older homes as well as updated and contemporary homes. May consider renting if they cannot find a home by the end of November 2012.
